Merged catalogue of reflection nebulae
Several catalogues of reflection nebulae are merged to create a uniformcatalogue of 913 objects. It contains revised coordinates,cross-identifications of nebulae and stars, as well as identificationswith IRAS point sources. The catalogue is only available in electronic form at the CDS viaanonymous ftp to cdsarc.u-strasbg.fr (130.79.128.5) or viahttp://cdsweb.u-strasbg.fr/cgi-bin/qcat?J/A+A/399/141

Vitesses radiales. Catalogue WEB: Wilson Evans Batten. Subtittle: Radial velocities: The Wilson-Evans-Batten catalogue.
We give a common version of the two catalogues of Mean Radial Velocitiesby Wilson (1963) and Evans (1978) to which we have added the catalogueof spectroscopic binary systems (Batten et al. 1989). For each star, when possible, we give: 1) an acronym to enter SIMBAD (Set ofIdentifications Measurements and Bibliography for Astronomical Data) ofthe CDS (Centre de Donnees Astronomiques de Strasbourg). 2) the numberHIC of the HIPPARCOS catalogue (Turon 1992). 3) the CCDM number(Catalogue des Composantes des etoiles Doubles et Multiples) byDommanget & Nys (1994). For the cluster stars, a precise study hasbeen done, on the identificator numbers. Numerous remarks point out theproblems we have had to deal with.

Observations of 11 small-diameter Galactic plane radio sources - A search for young SNRs
High-resolution (about 4 arcsec) radio observations of 11 small-diameterGalactic plane radio sources have been made with the VLA in a search foryoung but distant Galactic supernova remnants. The sources were selectedon the basis of infrared to radio flux-density limits or ratios similarto those of known Galactic remnants. None of these appear to be a young'shell' SNR; five are compact radio sources, the other six show noevidence for the limb-brightened edges that would be expected if thesources were small-angular-size (less than about 3 arcmin) 'shell'remnants.

Photometry and spectroscopy of stars in northern H II regions
New UBV photometry of 60 candidates for the exciting stars of a sampleof optical H II regions between Galactic longitudes 30 and 70 deg ispresented, together with MK spectral types for a smaller number ofstars. These data allow the identification of 11 possible new excitingstars in 7 nebulae. A catalog of basic data on the 36 Sharpless (1959) HII regions in this longitude range has been compiled from the presentobservations and from a reanalysis of existing data and is alsopresented, with notes on individual nebulae.

UBVRI photometry of stars in several H II regions
UBVRI observations are presented for stars associated with H II regions, mostly those selected from the Sharpless (1959) catalogue. Thephotometric observations were made at the Cassegrain focus of the 152-cmtelescope on the Calar Alto in Spain. Details of the instrumentation andobservational procedure are presented along with the results, anddetails of the individual regions are also included.
